P.D.I. Service Personnel

In House Customer Service Department
This in house Customer Service is free with usage of our handy man. (Materials are an additional charge.)

These services include: 

• Conducting P.D.I with your home owners. This service is an additional charge.
• Scheduling PDI’s, 30 day, 1 Year end, 2 year end with home owners.
• Ensuring all work orders are signed by homeowners.
• Evaluating all trade related items, to determine next course of action for repair. (All evaluations have photographs and are reported to the builder.)  
• We assist builders with issues they may have before conciliation.                            
• We purchase all materials up front to reduce down time.  These material costs are then billed back to the builder.
• We are in contact with the home builder’s customer service department. (Field Representatives)
• Schedule service appointments directly with the homeowner.
• And many more duties that need to be completed during the course of construction.
